Mary Tooker is an artist based in Richmond, VA. Her love for original art started in her early career as an interior designer, when she realized the impact of a one-of-a-kind piece in any room. Mary eventually tried her own hand at painting, where she's worked on mediums across pottery, furniture, linen, paper, and canvas. Her distinct style experiments with the mix of bold colors and grounding neutrals. Mary is inspired by a few of her favorite things – a coastal view, sandy beaches, pink sunsets, blooming gardens, and freshly cut flowers.
